Cracked Pot Studio Tour Throw Down Competition

You are invited to watch the Cracked Pot Studio Tour's Throw Down Event. Admission is free. The Throw Down is an annual competition between Michigan Potters to throw various pieces on identical Clay Wheels, side-by-side, with other competitors. This Throw Down will be held on Saturday August 29, 2026, at 3 pm, in Clayworks Pottery, 13121 S Wacousta Rd, Grand Ledge, Michigan. The Cracked Pot Throw Down is fashioned after UK's "Great Pottery Throw Down," where Potters compete to demonstrate various clay attributes.
